Got 15 minutes? Perfect! Let’s join together and set our intention for the week in body & mind. No goals to work towards, just a positive ease into the week through breathing techniques & gentle stretches. Simply put, ‘YOU TIME’ 

  • Find a quiet spot (I’m hoping to be in the garden – weather permitting ??)
  • Log on with your chosen device
  • Sit comfortably on the bed, armchair, yoga mat
  • Bring a brew if you like or maybe something stronger (it’s 5 o’clock somewhere ?)
  • Relax – Breathe – Stretch – Reset
