Hey people it’s pop up time again & this time we have something a little different for you.
A 4 week course focusing on the mind, body & soul. A unique combination of Breathwork teamed with Yoga, Pilates & Ballet stretches/strengthening exercises designed to balance, calm & find clarity.
Not only will you be taking quality time for yourself but you will also take some very valuable self care tools away with you.
Here’s the schedule
- Week 1/ Finding the breath, connecting to it & finding balance through water breathing.
- Week 2/ Energising the body & mind with coffee breathing.
- Week 3/ Enjoying deep relaxation using whiskey breaths.
- Week 4/ Sundowners. Breathe & Ballet Barre with live music Ibiza Chills stylie with DJ La on the 1s & 2s. Ending with mocktails in true Sundowner style
