FUNK:BOX Teens NOW OPEN TO TEENS 1 CLASS (Tuesday 4.30 Class)

It’s time to get our life back and our fitness goals on track.
This 6 week pop up is designed to work on strength, cardio and mental approach to fitness through dance and is suitable for our Wednesday Funk Teens and Teens 2 Level students.
Working with a stepper Miss J has created ‘FUNK:BOX’ a unique funk fitness x step class. These sequence of combos allow you to get a workout whilst getting down to some top tunes and being in a social environment.
None funk dancers are totally welcome.
