Shellie will guide you through mindful movement & meditation, breathwork to ease the mind, body & soul & ending with a beautiful combination of deep rest, breathing & reiki healing. Add in a warming, light brunch with like minded people & you have yourself a perfectly balanced Sunday social.
‘Wintering’ is a way to ease through this early, sometimes darker part of the year or lifes difficult times by hibernating, healing & regrouping. Doing these deeply unfashionable things like slowing down, allowing your spare time to expand, getting enough sleep & simply resting may sound different from the usual but can be the very thing we need to prepare ourselves for the year ahead & all its possibilities & opportunities.
Nature itself retreats & repairs throughout Winter so here we give ourselves time to also retreat, repair & care for ourselves.
Like the seasons our Winters & Summers are the ebb & flow of life. So rather than “new year, new you” we’re more comfortable with “have patience with all things but first of all with yourself”.
Spend some time to delve beneath the noise & confusion of the outside world & make a greater connection with yourself by gifting yourself time for you.
